What the call actually is
You tell me about the person you want to keep. I tell you plainly what we can and cannot do for them, including the times we cannot do it, which is more often than you would think. If there is enough of their voice, I will say so. If there is not, I will say that too, and I will tell you what we can do instead, which is a great deal more than nothing.
Is this a sales call?
I am the only person who sells this, so in the narrow sense, yes. But there is one thing to buy, it costs $4,000, and I would rather tell you that here than spring it on you in the twenty-eighth minute. Nobody will chase you afterwards. Plenty of families talk to me and decide the free hour was all they wanted, and that is a good outcome, not a failed one.
Do I need to prepare anything?
No. Tell me below why you are coming and anything you want me to know before we speak, and I will have read it. Bring your questions, and bring the hard ones.
